1.2. Conditions for Receiving
- Cash issuance is available:
- at the office (passport required);
- via courier delivery (this service is paid).
– If there is no office in the city, delivery to the standard address is included in the rate.
– Delivery to an individual address is charged separately; the cost depends on the location.
- In the office, issuance by token is possible:
- Token — a unique user identifier.
- To confirm identity, the client sends the manager a photo of the banknotes with the token indicated.
1.3. Security and Verification

- Applications submitted late in the evening may be processed on the next working day.
- The commission percentage is fixed at the time of application creation and does not change.
- The rate may be adjusted depending on market volatility.
- All questions regarding cash issuance are resolved only through the Telegram chat with the manager.
Information about the application is transmitted to the manager automatically.
2. Cash Acceptance
2.1. General Provisions
- The office address for cash submission is clarified by the manager after the exchange is agreed upon.
- If there is no office in the city, cash acceptance is organized through a courier.
2.2. Cash Acceptance Procedure
- The courier contacts the client, receives the money, and delivers it for counting and verification.
After all checks are completed, the funds are credited to the specified crypto address.
- To contact the manager, it is necessary to submit an application and join the Telegram chat via the link provided by the system.
The manager accompanies the transaction from start to finish.
2.3. Client Requirements
- Presentation of a passport is mandatory.
- The client must confirm ownership of the cryptocurrency address during a personal meeting (at the office or with the courier).
