Floating and fixed rate on 4ange

What is a floating rate?

A floating rate is a rate that is determined at the moment of the actual exchange execution. It can change between the creation of the request and the crediting of the asset depending on market volatility, liquidity, network fees, and trading platform conditions.

Why can the final rate differ from the one specified when creating the request?

The final rate is formed during the execution of the exchange operation. It can be influenced by market changes, blockchain fees, spreads of trading platforms, and liquidity provider conditions. In case of significant deviation, the service additionally notifies the user.

What does a fixed rate mean?

A fixed rate is a pre-calculated exchange rate that already includes all fees and possible market risks. This rate is fixed for 15 minutes from the moment of request creation.

What happens if I don't pay for the request on time?

If the funds do not arrive within 15 minutes, the fixed rate may be revised considering the current market situation.

Can the exchange be suspended at a fixed rate?

Yes. In conditions of high volatility or sharp market movements, the service has the right to suspend the exchange, adjust the rate, and request confirmation of the terms from the user.

What if I do not agree with the updated rate?

In case of refusal of the updated terms, a full return of the asset is made without any deductions.
