1.1. General Provisions

1. The exact address of the cash pickup point is communicated by the manager after the parties have finally agreed on all exchange conditions.  
2. All communication with the manager is conducted only in the Telegram chat, access to which is opened after submitting an application on the website. 
3. All key parameters of the application — including the transaction amount, the exchange rate applied, the commission size, and additional conditions — are fixed at the time of application submission and can only be adjusted after agreement by the parties.

1.2. Conditions for Receiving

4. Cash issuance is available: 

• at the office (passport required); 
• via courier delivery (this service is paid). 

  – If there is no office in the city, delivery to the standard address is included in the rate. 

  – Delivery to an individual address is charged separately; the cost depends on the location. 

5. In the office, issuance by token is possible: 

• Token — a unique user identifier. 
• To confirm identity, the client sends the manager a photo of the banknotes with the token indicated.

1.3. Security and Verification

6. Cryptocurrency addresses are verified after payment is received. 

In case of risk detection, the service reserves the right to: 

• suspend the exchange to make a decision; 
• initiate a refund. 

Identity verification is not mandatory, except in cases established by the manager.

1.4. Other Conditions

7. The minimum exchange amount can be reduced by agreement with the manager: 

• for this, an application for the minimum amount set by the system must be submitted, and the manager must be informed; 
• after agreement, the conditions are adjusted taking into account the current rate. 

8. The exchange is carried out on the day of application submission. 

• Applications submitted late in the evening may be processed on the next working day. 

9. The commission percentage is fixed at the time of application creation and does not change. 

• The rate may be adjusted depending on market volatility. 

10. All questions regarding cash issuance are resolved only through the Telegram chat with the manager. 

Information about the application is transmitted to the manager automatically.

2. Cash Acceptance

2.1. General Provisions

1. The office address for cash submission is clarified by the manager after the exchange is agreed upon. 
2. If there is no office in the city, cash acceptance is organized through a courier.

2.2. Cash Acceptance Procedure

3. The courier contacts the client, receives the money, and delivers it for counting and verification. 

After all checks are completed, the funds are credited to the specified crypto address. 

4. To contact the manager, it is necessary to submit an application and join the Telegram chat via the link provided by the system. 

The manager accompanies the transaction from start to finish.

2.3. Client Requirements

5. Presentation of a passport is mandatory. 
6. The client must confirm ownership of the cryptocurrency address during a personal meeting (at the office or with the courier). 
7. Involvement of third parties in the exchange is not allowed.

2.4. Financial Aspects

8. When accepting cash through a courier, a prepayment of 100 USDT or its equivalent in another currency via online payment may be required. 

• The prepayment is either refunded or credited to the final exchange amount. 
• Details are agreed upon with the manager after submitting the application.

2.5. Additional Provisions

9. The minimum amount can be reduced by agreement: 

• an application is submitted for the established minimum, and the manager is notified;
